Overview
When transmission of the show is changed for whatever reason, they will occasionally show two episodes back to back. When this happens, they only show one credit base and teaser.
We need to create this compile for them to broadcast. All files will be provided by HAA
Step by Step Walkthrough
Construct the sequence to play out
- Duplicate the CreditsCompile_Template
- Name it using the following convention: HAA.CreditCompile.(year).v(Compile Version Number supplied by Nicole) - HAA.CreditCompile.2014.v05
- Load the CreditsCompile_IndividualSequence into the source monitor.
- Overwrite edit until there are an equal number of sequences on the timeline to compiles delivered (4 compiles, 4 sequences)
- For each credit compile, load it into the source monitor and overwrite edit it into place of a blank spot on the timeline
- Each Compile on the timeline has an ident - update it accordingly. The Compile number will be reflected in the email sent to you or by the spreadsheet file itself.
- Construct the main ident at the beginning of the sequence, with the compiles contained on the tape.
- Insert 60 seconds of black onto the end of the timeline by loading the black source file from the Episode Elements and overwriting it into the
timeline. All tapes must end with a minimum of 60 seconds of black.
The sequence is now ready to play out!
